At raunharman.com, we offer a wide variety of services to our customers. From the moment you enter our homepage we have made it convenient to view our main features and new arrivals. We have links to various pages of same items. By clicking on the logo you can browse back to our homepage from where you can change your commodity and view items under other headings. We have  " Your Orders" or "Buy Now" icons to help you enter our enquiry form from where you can submit your enquiries. Price lists are provided on request. This is to safeguard the interests of our large community of wholesale buyers. International Shipping

We offer international shipping through
All purchases made by wire transfer or through bankers check are be shipped internationally preferably by FedEx. But in case buyers are interested to use any other courier services then they will have to arrange for the pick-ups from our office premises.
Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.

As a rule, orders received through email or fax will be processed . Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If an item you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. All the shipments will move preferably through FedEx as a commercial shipment and minimum 7 days time of transaction is taken from the day we hand over the goods to FedEx. Regulatory Customs Delay or any other natural mis-happenings like too much of cargo off loads or torrential rains etc.  have not been taken into account.
 

Returns & refund policy:

We do not usually offer refunds except in those situations where the final product is drastically different from the buyer specifications for custom orders. We will refund the entire cost of the goods except for the shipping charges if evidence of a return is forwarded to us within 3 days of the receipt date. The maximum return time is 14 days for international shipments. Evidence of a return is a tracking number and name of the courier or mail service. The Postal Service, FedEx, DHL or UPS are typical carriers you should contact for a return. After those three days, we will offer you a store credit IF the goods are returned undamaged and unworn. After 30 days NO REFUND will be given.

Upon receiving the package, we will contact you about the condition of the package and process the refund only if the items are unworn and undamaged. Please insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost packages and we do require that all international returns be made by air. Surface mail will not be accepted.

Specialty items will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance, if the goods have been removed from its original packaging. This diminishes the value of the product and we cannot accept its return. When returning items by mail, please take a minute to tell us if you would like an exchange, repair, credit or refund.

Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage , please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.   

Please return the product in the same manner as it was received. You will be charged our costs for all excess work required beyond the damage mentioned to bring the product to saleable standards.

Any item not returned in 30 days, shall remain the property of the buyer for which they shall be charged.  Refunds will only be granted on receipt of the items damaged or in dispute by vendor.

At the time of delivery ,if the box is noticeably damaged, Please file an immediate claim directly with the carrier.
Please verify the contents of the package before accepting it and signing the "PROOF OF DELIVERY". Signing the proof of delivery means you have received the consignment in order and in good condition.
 

Product Description:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to adjust the price with your permission or reject and cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to reject and cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,  we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Process:  

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In such case, if you have already been charged for the order, a full refund will be provided.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided  production has not started on your order and /or  your order has not been shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time we mail you a tracking number of the transportation company.. Our Customer Service desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped , even partially,  the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.

Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, when ordering from raunharman.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Methods of Payment

All international orders outside of India must be purchased by wire transfer or cashier's check.

All international purchases must be made by wire transfer only and can be shipped by Federal Express only unless specified otherwise.

• Please find out from your bank the date when Chase Manhattan Bank transferred the amount to our bank (State Bank of Patiala). They call it the Value date along with the reference Number of the transaction
